Hello WWOOFers, my name is Agneta and I run our small farm together with my husband Magnus. I am the gardener and also in charge of our self-produced products such as marmalades, pickled vegetables and plants. Magnus is the creator of our unique and handmade wooden products. We live on our farm together with our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks Mack and Appe. Our goal is to run the farm self sufficient as possibly with local support.
My vision is to use what the nature provide you in the local surrounding. We use seaweed, organic material and Bokashi-compost for plant nutrition. I make my own plant nutrition liquid, grow all the seeds in early spring. And resiliently I started an 600 square meter sand plantation on our farm.
We have two guesthouses for our WWOOFers, we eat breakfast, lunch and dinner together in the main house.
Our hobbies except farming and woodcarving is our dogs, long dog walks every morning. My husband is Wind-foiling (we have the sea just 100 meter from our farm), we goes for bicycling, we do of road roll-board in our neighborhood. We like different sport with our dogs, my husband and Mack compete Muddy Paw and I and Appe is traing for Dog Shows.

It was very nice at Agnetas and Magnus'. They really care for the wwoofers and share their knowlegde about gardening and the surrounding area. As a wwofer I got the opportunity to help them, learn a lot new things and also got enough time to explore the island by bus and bike. Tack igen, det var jättefint och jag hoppas vi får möjligheten att träffas igen någon gång! :)

I spent just over a week at Agneta and Magnus’ beautiful place on Fårö. My stay overlapped with a couple from Australia. This was the first experience for all of us as wwoof hosts and volunteers, and I think/hope we all had a great time. Agneta and Magnus were generous and welcoming hosts offering a varied range of tasks, excellent lodgings (the little cottages in their pictures) and fabulous home cooked/baked meals. Agneta was conscious not to overload the volunteers with work and happy to share her knowledge of gardening and soil improvement. The two big dogs and electric bikes available to tour the island were an added bonus.
