Wellcome to our home and garden WWOOFers!
Our family consists of:
Ola, Johanna and their three children Arvin (7), Erling (3) and Juno (14)
Ola runs his own company and works with cultural environment conservation and knows everything about restoring old houses 🏡. He was also working as a chef and likes to cook good food 🍲 🧄🧅🌶, while Johanna is a horticultural engineer passionate about teaching people how to grow edible plants 🌱 After we put the children to bed in the evening we like playing board games.
Our house sits on top of a hill with stunning views, surrounded by beautiful nature and just a short walk from two lakes (the nearest beach is only 900m away!).
We will mostly build on our house extension or other permaculture systems in the garden.
Sundays are extra special: We work together with friends on a collective farm, sharing skills in farming, self-sufficiency and crafts.
As a WWOOFer, you’ll join us for shared meals 🍲, live in a cozy guest cottage with space for four, and learn everything from house building to food processing, handicrafts, and the joy of everyday life close to nature.

It was a pleasure to stay with Ola and his family for 5 days! I really enjoyed working with him, as he is a kind, pleasant and fun person. His partner and his children are great and made the stay something special. Also the farming community was a fulfilling experience!
I can only recommend it!

Matteo and I spent the nicest week at Ola’s place, with Johanna and their two energetic little boys. We helped him build new foundations for his house extension, but we also baked some bread, swam in a lovely lake, and had a lot of fun. They were very welcoming and we learned a lot about self sufficiency. It would be a pleasure to come back and see everybody again. Thanks for everything !
