Hi! In 2026 we’re excited to start our very first community-supported agriculture for vegetables. Our small farm is already home to sheep, ducks, and cows, and we’re now expanding our vegetable growing. We are David, Josefin, and our child. We’ve lived on the farm for 10 years, had sheep for 6 years, and have previous experience growing vegetables for sale. After a short break, we’re happy to be back in the fields again. As a WWOOFer here, you’ll take part in a wide variety of tasks depending on the season: vegetable growing, lambing, general farm maintenance, building projects, and everyday farm life. There’s always something to learn, and no two days look exactly the same. This will be our first year as WWOOF hosts, so we’re learning as we go — and we hope this can be a shared learning experience where we exchange knowledge, ideas, and stories. Accommodation: at the moment we can’t offer indoor accommodation, so you’ll need to bring a camper van or caravan. There are several places to park, with access to electricity and water. You’re welcome to use the house for showers and laundry. Location: the farm is located about 7 km north of Urshult, surrounded by forests, lakes, and quiet countryside — a great place if you enjoy nature and a slower pace of life. Farming practices: we are not certified organic, but our vegetable growing is done without artificial fertilizers or chemical pesticides. We use a mix of permanent beds and more traditional cultivation methods, and we enjoy experimenting and learning along the way. Our sheep are raised without pesticides, although we currently use some artificial fertilizer — something we’re actively working to phase out as the farm economy allows. We are looking at working 4h days, 5 day a week. With one day being a little bit longer If you’re curious, enjoy physical work, like learning by doing, and want to experience everyday life on a small Swedish farm, you’re very welcome to join us!
