My name is Erika, I am 30 years old and a trained gardener. I live with my husband Robin and our son Leo. We share our home with three cats, Astrid, Lotus and Lucky, as well as around 35 chickens, ducks and quails. Here we grow organically, producing a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, berries and flowers. We cultivate both in open fields and in greenhouses. In spring 2026, we will begin new projects, including welcoming bee colonies to the farm, expanding our cultivation areas, and improving signage and our farm shop to make visits easier and more inspiring (these changes will not affect WWOOFers’ daily activities). In 2025, we were honored to receive the “Green Seed of the Year” award for biodiversity from Östergötland’s Environmental Network. As a WWOOFer, you will take part in our daily life and seasonal work, which may include: Cultivation from seed to harvest: Sowing and transplanting Planting and crop care Irrigation and natural plant protection Harvesting Bouquet making Storage and processing Soil preparation Installing plant supports and pruning Animal care: Feeding and watering Letting animals out and in Collecting eggs You may also help harvest produce for our meals and for the farm shop. Accommodation & Meals It is important to us that WWOOFers have their own private space and time when needed. Your accommodation is in a large, fully equipped caravan with: Two single beds Private lawn area Awning and outdoor seating Grill Toilet and shower The caravan is located next to the forest, with beautiful nature and hiking trails just outside the door. We provide three meals per day. Breakfast and lunch can be prepared and eaten together or separately, depending on your preference. Dinner is sometimes shared, but often enjoyed individually. Ehrenengs Trädgård grew from a long-standing passion for cultivating, creating, and living close to the land. What began as a small idea gradually developed into a way of life. When I became a parent, I realized it was time to fully commit to this dream. Over the years, cultivation has expanded alongside continuous hands-on learning. Today, our private garden and approximately one hectare of leased land form a small-scale farm that provides food, income, and purpose. Our goal is to be a natural choice for locally produced vegetables, eggs, and honey through our farm shop, which also features selected local products. We aim to raise awareness about the value of locally grown food, sustainability, and the importance of strengthening Sweden’s food self-sufficiency. At the heart of the garden is the ambition to make a living from what the land can offer, with deep respect for nature, animals, and people.

I've had the most incredible time with Erika and her family!! For both of us it was the first wwoof- experience and it was just perfect. Erika and her family are so warm, kind and welcomed me with open arms. Right from the beginning they all made me feel like I'm part of the family. Each day was exciting as we did many different things, like working in the greenhouse or on the field, planting and repotting various vegetables and flowers and caring for the chickens, ducks, quails and bees. The highlight of my stay was when the cute chicken and duck babies hatched- they're sooo adorable🐣 The caravan for the wwoofers is super cozy and it's perfect to be not far from Erika's home but to still have your own space. Erika is a very positive, open and inspiring person, who works with passion for her vision. When meeting her, I really felt how deeply she cares for all her animals and nature🐾🌷 All in all, it was a wonderful time for which I am so grateful and I can only recommend wwoofing at Erika's place :)
